Illegal question How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Legal alternative As it is part of the job, are you capable of lifting a 20 kg of weight and carry it for 50 meters
Illegal question Do you have any disabilities? Have you undergone any medical treatment recently? Legal alternative Are you able to carry out all the duties that the work implies without any additional accommodations?
Illegal question What is your native language/citizenship? Where were your parents born? Legal alternative Are you authorized to work in the US? Do you have knowledge of any other language that will add to your work qualification?
Illegal question Have you ever been under arrest? Legal alternative Have you ever been convicted of a ________(certain) crime. (If the crime is relevant to the future duties).
Questions about race/color/religion are all illegal. You can be asked only if you are able to work Saturdays or Sundays if the work involves that.
