Effective time organization makes you a more productive worker. Your employer will always appreciate your time management skills. Doing everything on time and being organized are some skills which can be acquired.
- Keep track of all the meetings you have and things you want or have to accomplish during the day. It doesn’t matter whether you choose a simple paper notebook or something more advanced like personal digital assistant. The most important is that you follow you list carefully. - Allot specific time for each project or task you have to accomplish, and try to minimize distractions. While sometimes working on several projects at the same time may increase your productivity, it usually disturbs the working process and prevents you from completing any of the task appropriately and on time.
• Foreign Language Competence
It is not a secret that knowledge of a foreign language is a big plus to any other your skills and experience. It is not required, however, so if you don’t feel like learning some language or you don’t have flair for languages, just ignore this advice.
One thing you should know, nevertheless, is that Hispanic workers are more and more often employed in the US (especially in its southern states). That is why Spanish-speaking employees are likely to be in greater demand than only English-speaking citizens. That is why you may consider attending some classes or ordering any of the audio courses with books and other studying material.
