Step 1 – Don’t know what to Offer, do you? You have got settled piece of knowledge or bit of experience that others haven't got so use it. Sort out your unique difference and then you can talk more confident.
Step 2 - What can you tell about yourself? If you have done something you are proud of in your job or career, just tell it why not to boast a little. It is not easy to talk about yourself but a little practice will get you there.
 Step 3 - Who do You Know? As you know everybody has friends and you can be surprised to find that someone might need you for a work. So get talking! Everyone knows someone who could be a useful in your daily life.
Step 4 – Your CV or Resume. Keep to what is the most important for your mind and don't try to include everything you have ever done.
Step 5 - Applying by Letter. Don’t make it hard, the best letter is one page with a beginning, a middle and an end. The best is done with 4 or 5 points from the original advert.
Step 6 - Working the Market Place. Don't be too busy - spent your time according to the payback you can expect. For example adverts only account for 25% of all successful job moves; therefore you should only allow at most 25% of your time on adverts.
Step 7 – Your brilliant winning the Interview Game. Certain types of questions are always asked. Make sure that you prepared all answers to these interview questions.
Then make sure everything is in place and you haven't overlooked a detail.
