| Flight Attendant | It has always been very demanding to work in the service industry. As the world changes in the result of September 11, there is none so more changed as the role of Flight Attendants.
In addition to the provision of service for each one of your customers, there are now many additional safety requirements and regulations that have come into play and which you as a Flight Attendant must have extensive knowledge of.
